Enjoy delicious food at nearby restaurants, and take advantage of the resort’s two swimming pools and Jacuzzi for rest and relaxation. Relax by the Pemigewasset River in the back of our complex!

Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Restaurants abound.

Listen to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoy breathtaking nature views from every room (mountain view in winter).
