Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

"Casa la Rustica", arredamento funzionale e confortevole, adatta a tutti, per chi cerca il relax, per chi ama passeggiare in montagna o per chi cerca delle escursioni impegnative. Vicino avete il bellissimo fiume con le sue acque verdi. E molto vicina all' area Boulder. Per uso privato: giardino e barbecue. Scalinata (15 scalini) fino a la casa. Parcheggio privato per due auto. Negozio alimentare 700 m, ristorante 200 m, fermata bus 250 m, piscina 15 km, stabilimento balneare 15 km.

Il rustico dispone di una terrazza con vista sulla valle e sulle montagne. Il rustico è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 5 minuti dalla strada. Lionza é raggiungibile in auto in 25 min da Ascona. É un paesino situato a 800m di quota che offre una veduta su tutte le Centovalli, potendo ammirare i suoi paesini idilliaci e le montagne imponenti.

Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi . La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.

Little Gem è una graziosa baita situata nella piccola località di Piazzaga è raggiungibile a piedi, posteggiando l’ auto nel paese di Torno, attraverso un panoramico sentiero di circa 30/40 minuti. Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone. Little Gem gode di una splendida vista sul Lago di Como, ideale per amanti della trekking, relax, pace.

Mitten eines wunderschönen Mischwaldes befindet sich auf erhöhter und sonniger Lage eine wunderschöne Oase. Ein perfekter Ort um den Alltag einmal hinter sich zu lassen, aufzutanken und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Dieses alleinstehende Rustico kann nur zu Fuss über einen steileren Weg erreicht werden (15min). Der Aufwand lohnt sich!
