Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Chalet immerso nel verde, nel cuore della Valtellina. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma strategica per gli spostamenti verso le principali località turistiche. Nelle vicinanze piste ciclabili e sentieri per passeggiate nella natura. Tirano e la partenza del "Trenino Rosso" distano 7 km. Bormio con le piste da sci e i bagni termali dista 25km. Livigno, il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, e molte altre incantevoli località sono raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Posto ideale per chi cerca quiete.

La casa sulla Collina del Castello di BRENO

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

"Alba" è uno dei tre appartamenti presenti all’interno dell'Agriturismo Conca Sandra, ottenuto in un edificio storico immerso nel verde della nostra azienda agricola biologica. Qui, a poca distanza dal Lago di Como e da Varenna ( 20minuti di cammino molto ripido / 5 minuti di macchina), respirerete un'atmosfera fuori dal tempo: un giardino fiorito, un uliveto in cui passeggiare, la campagna coltivata, il lago e la montagna sullo sfondo. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
