Located just one block from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier and Marina Park, restaurants, and entertainment. We also have beach chairs, big beach towels, beach umbrella and boogie boards for you to enjoy. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
