It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. This apartment (A2+2, approx 35m2 + 35 m2 terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. From the apartment is exit to 35m2 fenced garden terrace with hot tube with warm water. Welcome & enjoy!

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max five people) is on the ground floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.
