Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
