Appartamento di 70 mq (3 locali) in centro città, al pianterreno di una casa di inizio '900 con giardino. A 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni, a 40 m dalla fermata del bus e a 2 minuti a piedi dal lago. L'appartamento ha due camere con un letto matrimoniale in una e due letti singoli nell'altra. In una delle due camere c'è un'uscita su un terrazzino che dà sul giardino, con un grande tavolo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il bagno è con doccia e bidet.
