L'appartamento dispone di un soggiorno arredato con un comodo divano letto, la cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti, e i servizi includono una doccia moderna. Una delle caratteristiche uniche di questo appartamento è l'uscita diretta sul giardino, dove potrete godervi il sole, organizzare barbecue con la griglia a vostra disposizione e rilassarvi all'aria aperta.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
