The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

J'ai conçu et réalisé la cabane d'en haut pour vous offrir une parenthèse de rêve et de poésie naturelle. Construite avec des matériaux locaux et écologiques elle offre le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. A l'extérieur contemplez la vue et la nature qui entourent le lieu, à l'intérieur laissez vous surprendre par une ambiance douce et romantique. Petit déjeuner offert servi directement a la cabane et il est possible de réserver une planche de produits locaux pour diner.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Idéalement placé a deux pas du vieux lyon , de la magnifique basilique de fourvière ,de la place Bellecour ,de l'opéra , et du centre commerciale la part dieu ! La loge est un appartement penthouse, rooftop aux prestations haut de gamme. Vous pourrez profiter de 60m2 pour 3 personnes maximum (le troisième couchage est un appoint, canapé lit 1 personne de chez Maison du Monde). La loge est la parfaite alliance du confort et de la tradition: charpente apparente, climatisation, fibre optique et bouquet de chaînes TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, décoration choisie, exposition d’œuvres d’art, terrasse, balcon, parking privé en supplément.
