The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Shops, markets and restaurants next door. Very spacious and bright, in an old building of character secured by double digicode, on the 4th floor with elevator. Lateral view of the "Place des Jacobins". Near all means of transport, places to visit. Optional parking 20 € / overnight stay.

900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. For 2 persons only, parties strictly forbiden.

非典型阁楼 - 市中心 - 索恩河畔

Bienvenue dans mon petit univers arty jungle. Installée dans un ancien bureau de poste transformé en loft, je souhaite faire vivre ce lieu atypique situé juste en face de la grande fresque des Lyonnais et des quais de Saône. Verrière industrielle, plafond à la Française et colonnes en pierre de taille constituent l’âme de ce logement. ATTENTION cet appartement est à partager avec un petit chat gris appelé Modjo dont il faut un peu s’occuper 🐱
