Ciao sono Claudia, vivo a Parma da 40 anni lavoravo nella moda. Il mio spazio è vintage ed accogliente, una posizione strategica per raggiungere in 10 min le Fiere di Parma, visitare il bellissimo centro storico gustando le specialità culinarie della città del Ducato. A 5 km dal casello A15 e A1 e a due passi dal Parco fluviale del Taro , dove spesso cammino a lungo con Dior la mia pelosetta , in mezzo alla natura. Sarò ad accogliervi con piacere per darvi ogni indicazione e consiglio necessari.

We offer you this small studio apartment equipped with everything you need for your short stay. The apartment is just a 10-minute bus ride from the historic center or 8 minutes by car from the Parma Fair. It features a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi, and heat pump heating with remote control. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a new washing machine and hairdrayer. It will be my pleasure to host you.
