La "Carruba" ha una superficie di 40mq, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto, un bagno con doccia ed una cucina separata. La seconda unità è invece composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, bagno in camera e TV, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo esterna.
