The highlight of the stay is that the apartment is near well-known places like Zell am See and Salzburg, famous for skiing or one can drive to the famous waterfalls of Krimml or Großglocknerstrasse. Sports like rafting, mountain biking, and hiking can be done in this area. There are 3 sunny and airy bedrooms on the first floor that boast a dazzling view of the nearby mountains and meadows. The first floor also has a living area equipped with comfortable sofas, TV and free wifi. The open modular kitchen and a dining area is perfect to have a meal together. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Maria Alm sowie dem Einstieg in das Hochkönig Skigebiet entfernt und ist auch bequem per Bus erreichbar. Die unzähligen Ausflugsziele in der Region machen deinen Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis.
