Built in 1940, this cottage is comfortable and cozy. Located almost equidistant between Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City and close to the best area attractions the city has to offer. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, flat-screen Smart TV, washer/dryer, private yard with many outdoor spaces to enjoy, 2 alley parking spaces.
