Beautiful modern newly remodeled guest room with separate private entrance (keyless entry) in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood of Mar Vista, just a few miles away from Venice Beach, Santa Monica & Marina Del Rey. The room has a work-from-home set-up, queen sized bed, private bathroom. No shared space (laundry) Plenty of street parking. Perfect place for out of town travelers for vacation or business! Located within 10-15 min of UCLA, Century City & Culver City 15 min to LAX airport.

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

Everything is hypoallegenic and fragrance free: sheets, pillows, duvet and cover. We use fragrance free laundry detergent. It's a small room but guests appreciate the extra room in the hallway and patio.

This West Los Angeles beachy cottage is bright, cheerful and SPARKLING CLEAN. I employ a DEEP-CLEANING service to guarantee safety for my guests and I use non-toxic products. Designed with comfort and efficiency in mind, all bedding, mattress (by SAATVA), wall paint and cleaning products are Eco-Friendly and chemical free. The apartment is in the back garden with a private entrance and easy parking. The hot tub and outdoor shower are in the garden, steps away. A beautiful California retreat!

Welcome to the Modern Venice House! This cozy private space is in an extremely quiet location in Venice with updated decor in 2024. It includes everything provided by a hotel room, including kitchenette, bathroom, heat/ac, bedroom/living room and polished concrete floors are all new and ready to be enjoyed. The recent ADU conversion includes high-end opaque glass doors that let in lots of light but provide privacy. You will be steps away from the best sights in Venice and Santa Monica.

Perched on the 2nd floor, our place feels like a getaway in itself. Completely private with views of a well-manicured garden. Walking distance to The Mar Vista Farmer's Market, a pedestrian-friendly area on Venice Blvd. that features both casual and formal dining, coffee, gift, vintage record and clothing shops. Steps away from a bike lane to the beach. It features high ceilings, a newly built kitchenette, lovely courtyard, and parking. Centrally located to all of LA.

Charming and private guest suite conveniently located between Venice Beach and Culver City in the peaceful Mar Vista neighborhood. This cozy space is a short hop to the ocean and several freeways but feels like a world away from the city bustle! Enjoy a private entrance and bathroom. No-cost street parking is typically very easy to find. Pets: An additional fee of $65 per pet (maximum of two) applies.
