The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

A 50m dalla famosa spiaggia delle Ghiaie e a 800m dalle bianche spiagge della Padulella e di Capo Bianco confortevole appartamento in un piccolo condominio con ascensore: si compone di zona living con cucina separata, 2ampie camere da letto, 1 bagno, 2terrazze di cui una vista mare. Per la sua ubicazione si raggiungono facilmente il centro storico, tutti i servizi commerciali e sanitari e il porto. La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Il nostro appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalle spiagge, dal centro del paese ( Marciana Marina ) e vicino a tutti i servizi (supermercato, bar, banca, bancomat, pizzeria, benzinaio, ferramenta, farmacia, ufficio postale, parrucchiere, barbiere, fermata bus),il tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La sua vicinanza al mare lo rende perfetto per chi non vuole spostarsi in auto. E' dotato di di un parcheggio privato, sotto casa, all'interno della proprietà.

All framed by the ancient Appiani tower, dating back to the 11th century, which has always been a symbol of Marciana Marina. Particularly on sirocco days, while comfortably dozing on the terrace, you will witness spectacular plays of color on the surface of the sea.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
