Loft studio in an artistic and graphic design workshop in an environment that breathes art and tranquility. Located in the center of Sant Cugat del Vallès and a few minutes from downtown Barcelona. Sant Cugat has not lost the charm of the town, from where you can escape to Barcelona, rest on the beaches from the coast or discover a Catalan icon: the mountain of Montserrat. You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

Close to Pals beach and the town. Samària Street apartments are the ideal place to enjoy the serenity and charms of Costa Brava. Apartment Anita features a spacious dining room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms and one sofa-bed. There are two bathrooms and a powder room. There is a bathroom adapted for a wheelchair and a comfortable sofa-bed on the ground floor. Terrace, access to a swimming pool shared with another apartment. Towels can be changed. Bathrobe and slippers. Coffee, tea, etc.

The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

The loft is located in the historical village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona center by railway 27 min) Exactly 4 min from the train station and the beach. It is a 70 m2 air conditioned open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a rear balcony useful as a smoking area; also allows to have a coffee on a sunny morning. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.
