The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.
