Porzione di villetta con grande giardino. L'alloggio è indipendente e con ingresso separato dalla proprietà. È immersa nella pineta a 500 mt. dal mare. Puo’ accogliere 4 persone nella camera con bagno e nei 2 letti singoli della zona giorno. All’esterno ci sono 2 grandi tavoli dove pranzare all’aperto e una doccia per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dalla spiaggia.

Appartamento al primo piano in zona tranquilla, 2 ampie terrazze davvero confortevoli, ambiente silenzioso dove poter rilassarsi. Fare colazione qui la mattina fa iniziare subito bene la giornata. Il mare è a due passi , circa 300 m , raggiungibile a piedi anche se si hanno bambini piccoli.
