Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Naturmaterialien wie Schafwolle, Sumpfkalk, Lehm und Holz tragen zur gemütlichen, stilvollen Atmosphäre bei. An kalten Tagen strahlt die mit Holz befeuerte Hypokaustenheizung eine wohlige Wärme ab, und an warmen Tagen spendet die grosse, alte Linde kühlen Schatten auf dem Hofplatz.
