In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Nella campagna di Cecina, lungo la strada che porta al borgo medievale di Casale Marittimo, parco privato con parcheggio auto, il monolocale di 30mq si affaccia su una veranda attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto anche con l'uso del barbecue. Comodo ai servizi ( centro abitato e centro commerciale). Raggiungibili in auto o in bicicletta la bellissima pineta di Marina di Cecina e il mare. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
