From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

We are 5 minutes to shopping and dinning and another five to the fabulous Moonstone Beach.

Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.
