Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

Meerblick aus allen Räumen, hochwertige Wohnlandschaft, ein breites Boxspring-Doppelbett, Küche mit Spülmaschine und eine große Terrasse mit schattenspendender Pergola und Aussengrill. Dann noch kostenfrei Strandliegen unter Pinien auf unserer privaten Strandparzelle direkt am schönen Badestrand, was könnte sich der Gast noch mehr wünschen.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Prekrasna Villa Stone okružena prirodom . Idealno je mjesto za odmor svim ljubiteljima mira , tišine i prirode. Villa površine 520m kvadratnih nalazi se na zemljištu površine 2500 m kvadratnih . Villa ima prekrasan vrt te veliki travnjak za igru i zabavu (trampolin , nogometni golovi). Villa je pažljivo namještena , kvalitetnim namještajem te velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Tradicionalni i moderni elementi stapaju se tvoreći jednu zanimljivu cjelinu.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Since the swimmingpool is heated when the temperature drops, you can enjoy swimming from may untill november. Villa Aida is new modern -istrian style villa, built in the year 2022. The apartment in the upper floor of Villa Aida offers accommodation up to 5 people. It has a heated swimming pool, so you can enjoy it from the beginning of may up untill november

Natural eco house with pool is located on plots of 3500 m2 which are reached by a macadam road. In front of the house there is an olive grove of about 100 olive trees. House only for you and your friends! All include in price, wifi, airconditioned, parking free, plays for children, garden with barbecue, inside house big pool and big garden and barbecue,to sea only 400m , to restaurants 200m!House have 120 m2!
