This beautiful, attractive and luxurious Villa is on a perfect location,only 400 m from the beach. We designed and decorated it with a lot of passion, care, love and attention to detail, that makes it a truly dream home, opened for rent in June 2016. It is a fully detached Villa with living area of 400 m2, with a large private pool of 50 m2 and a beautiful garden of 1,500 m2 with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. It is a perfect home for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. Look no further, this 140 year old wine cellar turned into apartment located in a quiet central Istrian village, with a breathtaking view of meadows and forests is all you need. Take a relaxing walk in the forest and discover hidden water spring and a beautiful forest stream. Want to go to the beach? Nearest beach is 17 km away. All other beaches and other attractions are a short ride away.

Romantic pop

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and few min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,restaurants).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , bus station,dog beaches. Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)

Relax house Villa Marina

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.

The elegant, spacious villa rises above the district of Rovinj, Borik. Two-storey authentic house in a private area with its own swimming pool. The villa has 6 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, kitchens and sofas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 2 more bathrooms in the living rooms. Each bedroom has access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Villa stands on a hill and is surrounded by greenery.

Stan se nalazi 5 km do mora sa prekrasnim plažama u Fažani,Peroju i Barbarigi.Objekt sadrži privatni parking, dječje igralište sa ljuljačkama, biljarom i stolnim nogometom. Uz bazen gosti imaju na raspolaganju tuš, 6 ležaljki, kvalitetni vrtni namještaj i dva roštilja(grill i plin) .

Villa Laeta - feel true colors of Istria

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.

In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac.
