Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Wir vermieten ein modernes und komfortables Studio mit Gartensitzplatz und eigenem Eingang. Das Studio ist ca. 20 m2 gross und verfügt über eine Kochnische sowie ein kleines Badezimmer (Dusche/WC). Das Dorfzentrum Meilen sowie der Bahnhof mit direkter S-Bahnverbindung nach Zürich (12 Min. bis Zürich Stadelhofen) liegen 10 Gehminuten entfernt. See, Sportanlage mit Hallenbad und Naherholungsgebiet liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Studio eignet sich auch für mehrwöchige Wochenaufenthalte.

Wir bieten eine kleine aber liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft für Familien mit max. 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern oder ein Paar an. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett , ein privates WC/Dusche und eine kleinen Teeküche mit Zubehör an. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Zentralschweiz auf einem Bauernhof mit einmaliger Aussicht. In 5-10 Autominuten ist man an super Ausgangspunkten für diverse Aktivitäten. Anreise ist nur mit einem Auto möglich, es gibt keine ÖV- Verbindung.
