Located in downtown Zurich within walking distance of the main train station and just next to tram stop "Stauffacher", including parking. This 160m2 two-story attic/penthouse design apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate toilet, two separate bedrooms (master bedroom on the top floor with separate bathroom, and a smaller bedroom on the lower floor) and a third room for two additional guests. The apartment is ideal for couples, families or business travelers.

On the waterfront - amazing & powerful ambiance

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. Du wohnst in einem kleinen feinen Barockhäuschen. Das Zentrum von Luzern ist bequem zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Häuschen ist ideal für 1-2 Personen. Der kleine Raum (15 m2) verfügt über alle Details, die dir den Aufenthalt gemütlich und angenehm machen. Es hat ein bequemes Bettsofa, das du am Tag als Sofa benutzt. Du hast einen Aussenraum mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sesseln und Liegestühlen. Auch ein Feuerring steht zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus beginnt ein schöner Wald zum Wandern.

Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.
