The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Enjoy this centrally-located home in midtown Santa Fe. Newly renovated, la Casa San Felipe is spacious and set up with an open concept kitchen and living room, easy parking, and dog friendly. It's a bohemian home with playful Mexican tile, mid-century furniture with a classic New Mexican twist, and good natural light. Designed for a working traveler or couples looking for a Santa Fe vacation.

Magical Modern Vanlife- Santa Fe arts district

This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
