Citrus Executive Farmhouse Downtown+Summer “Pool”

This place recently underwent another renovation leaving its unique charm+ creaky sloping floors while adding modern comforts. It’s located in the same awesome neighborhood as our other homes but on a corner with plenty of free onstreet parking. It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The wonderful front porch+ other outside spaces+gardens are quite special too; we think you’ll love staying here! And it’s now available for small events too.

Perfect getaway for family holidays, reunions, company retreats, and work-crews. Escape to the countryside in our 5500 sq. ft modern farmhouse, surrounded by 40 acres of serene, cherry blossom like Almond trees. Enjoy fresh county air and put your mind at ease. Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

Private Yosemite Retreat~HotTub, Pool, Dogs/5acres

In Sierra Foothills, 45 mins to Yosemite. near McClure Lake and Don Pedro. Super great for dogs and kids!! Base price is for 6 guests, $250-350(winter/summer) nightly, $35 extra per night per person in addition. 3 dogs (and cats) are included. Chat us up if you have more. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Speak with us for larger groups. 2200' elevation. 4WD not needed. Summer- 85-100 degrees. Winter 35-55. Private use - 5 acres. Larger groups welcome. People relocating from fires with more pets welcome!

Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Bear Creek Ranch

More beds offered if needed, read rules. Quiet and serene retreat for families (pets allowed if approved prior to arrival) located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little over a mile from hwy 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

This mini-like apartment is located within a newly constructed neighborhood and is in close proximity to a private park/sports complex.
