Here on the Venice mainland we have the ideal property for you to rent, located just 20 minutes by local transport from the centre of Venice in a quiet residential area. The house has been very recently refurbished in soft neutral colour's creating a relaxing space. The property features a large modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances for self catering and there is also a pleasant courtyard with garden furniture for alfresco dining, somewhere to relax after a long day sightseeing. If you don't wish to cook, don't worry there are plenty of restaurants nearby or why not just call for pizza!

Situata in posizione strategica troverete la fermata di autobus e tram davanti casa, la stazione dei treni a 600 metri e l'aeroporto Marco Polo a 15 minuti di auto. All'interno troverete una veranda living, una cucina attrezzata, una sala con smart tv e divano letto, 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni. Ideale per coppie, famiglie con bambini o amici.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.
