We can host up to 4 people and the flat is equipped with many facilities. It takes 1 walking min from Biennale and boat stops, 5 min from Via Garibaldi, 15 min walking from S. Marco Sq. or 5 minutes by public boats

Cozy House is a delightful apartment in the heart of the "sestiere" of Castello, one of the most residential areas of the island. It is a typical land-to-sky Venetian house renovated and equipped with all comforts. The house is close to the Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes from Saint Mark's Square and 10 minutes by vaporetto from Venice Lido.
