L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Enjoy the Venetian atmosphere living on a canal and strolling through the lifely Via Garibaldi around the corner. Nearby you find the sites of the Arts Biennale of the Giardini and the Arsenale.
