Elegante nido sui tetti di Bologna con affaccio sul Canale delle Moline nel cuore della Piccola Venezia. Secondo piano senza ascensore, silenzioso e luminoso. E' cosi disposto: entrata su soggiorno con cucina a vista dotata di tutti gli utensili per poter cucinare. La scala a chiocciola porta al piano superiore dove c'è la camera da letto matrimoniale con travi a vista e il bagno con doccia. Dotato di aria condizionata e fibra WiFi. Un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare e godersi la città!

Ci troviamo al terzo ed ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un delizioso palazzo d’epoca, in una via tanto centrale quanto tranquilla, nell’area storica più affascinante, elegante e sicura. Siamo infatti fra Piazza delle Sette Chiese e le famose Due Torri, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Lo spazio si compone di soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, camera da letto e bagno adiacente. Sono presenti tutti i servizi importanti come Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, macchina del caffè Nespresso e lavatrice.

Il pezzo forte poi è la sua posizione: nel centro del centro: the apartment is located in one of the oldest and fascinating areas of the city, in the center of the most famous food market in Bologna, surrounded by many little bars and restaurants. It is an area full of "Italian life", and the market opens early in the morning, so sometimes there can be some noise, as in all the historical center of Bologna.

The flat is well served by public transport and a ten-minute bus ride from the Central Railway Station.

The uniqueness of this attic lies in having dual terraces, allowing one to have breakfast or lunch outdoors while enjoying the marvelous panorama of the historic center of Bologna. The location is very quiet, central, well-served, and just a ten-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore.
