Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Beautiful is the view from the sitting-and dining rooms. Sunny, confortable, quiet. With a sitting room, a dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One with shower, the other one with bathtub. Both bedrooms have either a double bed (160 x 195 cm) or else two single beds.
