This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. he guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. Additionally, several notable attractions are in close proximity, such as the La Fenice Theatre, the Basilica dei Frari, and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and shared bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.
