La casa es amplia, tranquila y acogedora, con 6 dormitorios (con AC), 3 baños, piscina, casa barbacoa, campo de baloncesto-minitenis y chimenea para su uso exclusivo. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

A single-family house in Sa Ràpita with a 50 m² private saltwater pool, situated only 500 meters away from the sea, with the possibility of a swim from the rocks. 2 kilometres to the east, you will find three of the most beautiful pristine beaches of Mallorca: Sa Ràpita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. The boardwalk to the beaches runs along the sea; where bars, restaurants and shops are located side by side. The area around Sa Ràpita offers many popular bike paths, golf and tennis courts.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
