Das Ferienhaus "Casa Buenavida" liegt in einem ruhigen Teil der Siedlung Cala Santanyi nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und bietet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern und einem grossen Wohn- Essbereich mit offener Küche genug Platz für 4 Personen. Rund ums Haus bieten verschiedene Terrassen Platz zum Erholen und Sonnen baden. Hinterm Haus ist eine Terrasse mit einem Grill für gemütliche BBQ-Abende. Highlight ist die ca 80m2 grosse gemuetliche Dachterrasse.

Luxuriöse Villa in Vallgornera bei Cala Pi. ca 10min mit dem Auto liegt die malerische Bucht von Cala Pi. Privater Garten, grosser Salzwasserpool (8,20m x 4,00m) bieten Erholung pur. Tolle Außenküche mit großem Gasgrill, Meerblick von fast überall. Pauschale für Reinigung, Wäscheservice, lokale Steuern / Gebühren von 170 EUR sind vor Ort zu zahlen. Pool auf Wunsch beheizt (Nov-Feb 200EUR /Woche, sonst 100EUR/Woche). Jacuzzi nur im Winter! Ein Auto wird dringend empfohlen! Es gibt keinen Bus!
