The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. Herrliche Strände, wie der Naturstrand Es Trenc, sind schnell erreichbar. Die Finca wurde von THE EAZEY und Ambiente Baleares umgebaut.

Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.
