Confina con Palazzo "Impellizzeri" dove all'interno vi sono alcune vasche d'acqua, reperti storici del sistema artesiano in alcuni periodi dell'anno subisce un'umidità di risalita, che potrebbe dar fastidio a soggetti allergici.

The apartment is located in the " Graziella " the oldest district of the Ortigia on the second floor of an independent building recently renovated.It has an area of 55 square meters, which extends on one level except the attic loft which houses a comfortable double bed. There's a private terrace.The apartment is comfortably livable for two to six people, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room where you will find the sofa bed and the attic loft.

At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. "Vico Muccio" is in a central position, a few minutes from the main cultural attractions, bars, shops and local restaurants. The house, recently restructured, is nicely located in a silent alley of the old town with plenty of light.
