Dall'accurato restauro di un'antica falegnameria, nasce questo splendido Loft a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Noto. Il Loft si articola su due livelli al primo dei quali si trova un grande soggiorno con una cucina ad isola a vista completa di elettrodomestici ed un bagno con antibagno, servizi igienici e vasca. The apartment is located in the " Graziella " the oldest district of the Ortigia on the second floor of an independent building recently renovated.It has an area of 55 square meters, which extends on one level except the attic loft which houses a comfortable double bed. There's a private terrace.The apartment is comfortably livable for two to six people, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room where you will find the sofa bed and the attic loft.

"Vico Muccio" is in a central position, a few minutes from the main cultural attractions, bars, shops and local restaurants. The house, recently restructured, is nicely located in a silent alley of the old town with plenty of light.
