The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Accogliente casa con soppalco, a 60 m da corso Umberto, via principale del centro storico da dove si possono percorrere le pittoresche vie della città di Modica, patrimonio dell'UNESCO. La casa è suddivisa su due livelli, la parte inferiore è composta da cucina / soggiorno, 1 camera matrimoniale e bagno .. sul soppalco (è un'area aperta) si trovano 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 singolo letto . La casa dispone di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, TV, frigorifero, ecc.).

“Ciarìa dal siciliano “luce, chiarore come la luce delle albe mattutine che dà forma e contorno alle cose” sorge a pochi chilometri dal mar Mediterraneo e dalle bellissime città del barocco della Val di Noto. E’ un gioiello nel centro storico della città di Modica, patrimonio dell’Unesco. Un rifugio dove il tempo si dilata e dove tutto è stato pensato con assoluta dedizione ed estrema cura. Questo è un posto vecchio e magico, che sa di storia e di Oriente. Qui il tempo si è fermato.

A' naca is an old renovated house with a courtyard full of plants overlooking Ibla. The whole apartment on the fresh ground floor is for our guests only, there is a private entrance, a living room with library, sofa and courtyard view, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds and the and a beautiful single room with a view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls' calls.

Affitto la mia casa singola situata a 500 mt dal centro storico. La casa può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone. Ci sono due camere da letto, un servizio, un soggiorno/cucina e un soppalco con piccola camera da letto. Inserita in un contesto tranquillo,con un singolare panorama roccioso, la Casa di Saro si trova in una zona munita di parcheggi pubblici gratuiti e di servizi essenziali (farmacia a 250 mt circa, supermercato a 10 MT circa) . La casa è raggiungibile comodamente in auto.

La casa è composta da una cucina funzionale e luminosa, completamente attrezzata, da un ampio soggiorno dotato di divano letto, un’ampia camera matrimoniale, attrezzata con armadio guardaroba e un pouf che può facilmente trasformarsi in letto singolo. L’appartamento si conclude con un luminoso e moderno bagno, dotato di doccia e servizi. Casa luminosissima con ampie porte finestre che affacciano sul giardino. Piscina con doccia esterna. Superficie Casa oltre 140 metri quadrati con ambiente giorno unico (cucina e soggiorno). Ampia doccia anche all'interno. La casa è immersa nel verde ed è possibile usufruire del barbecue. Buon soggiorno!
