Villa Lorella è una splendida proprietà, immersa nel verde, con piscina pronta ad accogliervi per una meravigliosa vacanza in Sicilia. Questa villa comprende una casa principale e una dependance, in totale 8 posti letto. Entrambi gli ambienti sono davvero confortevoli e curati nei minimi dettagli. La villa possiede un ampio spazio esterno con un piacevole prato all'inglese, una cucina esterna con un forno per le pizze, un barbecue e una piscina con solarium. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Siamo una coppia viaggiatrice, amiamo i grandi spazi aperti e spesso ci troviamo per motivi di lavoro in viaggio alla scoperta di nuove meraviglie nel territorio siciliano. Come host saremo lieti di accogliervi nel nostro appartamento, appena ristrutturato e realizzato con mobili in parte reciclati o creati dai materiali di scarto dei Cantieri edili. Il nostro intento è di rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile e vivere l'esperienza unica di alloggiare nella nostra home.

Peaceful Beach House

Enjoy a blissful stay in this unique villa just few minutes walk from Mondello beach and all the best local amenities. The house consists of two floors. Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

The Villa has about 300 square meters covered on two floors, with large terraces overlooking the sea located inside a pine forest. It is accessed by walking for about 30 meters, a private condominium road uphill. The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.

My place is located at the 3rd floor on the ancient building. No lift and 40 steps to arrive at the door. Close to Teatro Massimo and the Piazza Olivella and cool supermarket on the GF. Piazza Olivella, Archeologich Museum, Quattro canti, historical market as Capo and Vucciria, so easy to visit from this house. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Appartamento in Villa, Casa Lucale

Apartment 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Mondello and 20 minutes from the characteristic historic center of Palermo. We have 2/6 beds (including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed and a sofa bed 1/2 , a kitchen ,2 terraces, one with barbecue , a laundry room and two parking spaces with a charging station. Also for our guests, a shared swimming pool available on request, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation.

The villa is located within the peaceful natural marine reserve of Capo Gallo, right on the crystal waters of the sea (few steps from the beach) and is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub and majestic rocks that turn pink at sunset. All rooms , both upstairs and downstairs overlook a spectacular sea view and from which you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

Il mio alloggio è vicino al centro città e ai più noti siti di arte e cultura, è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La mia casa vacanza è al secondo piano bel palazzo storico con i balconi del salone e del soggiorno sul Cassaro di città. E' ben curato e possiede tutti i confort necessari per una comoda vacanza.
