Stunning new house with amazing sea view and pool

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Podere Carpineta ist ein über 100-jähriges Bauernhaus, etwas ausserhalb von Stribugliano auf 650 müM gelegen, mitten in einem unberührten Naturparadies. Das Haus ist umgeben von 36 Hektaren Land mit spektakulärer Aussicht bis zum Meer, an klaren Tagen bis nach Korsika. Carpineta ist nicht weit entfernt von den schönsten Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Toskana. Das Natursteinhaus wurde kürzlich komplett neu ausgebaut, eingerichtet und mit der neusten Wohntechnik ausgestattet.

Tocchi contemporanei di design si alternano a pezzi di modernariato. Il giardino è un osservatorio privilegiato della vivacità della baia con varie zone relax.

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrai godere di tutto il meglio che Pitigliano ha da offrire. Dai balconi si gode una vista strepitosa sulla vallata: il luogo ideale per rilassarsi leggendo un libro, gustando un buon caffè o un calice di vino, accompagnati dal canto degli uccelli e dal profumo dei fiori.
