There is a total of 4 beds/4 baths. 1 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are apart of our ADU (on the 3rd floor) which is also on the same floor as a 8ft plunge pool, hot tub, fireplace and a second kitchens. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
