Nestled on a serene cul-de-sac atop one of Santa Barbara's favorite neighborhoods, this newly renovated home is a secluded paradise. 5 minutes to the beach. Open-concept layout & unique outdoor space seamlessly merges indoor & outdoor living. There is a total of 4 beds/4 baths. 1 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are apart of our ADU (on the 3rd floor) which is also on the same floor as a 8ft plunge pool, hot tub, fireplace and a second kitchens. We only take long-term rentals, 31 days or more.

Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
