Located between the mountains and sea, we are only 5 minutes from the historical Atri centre, 15 minutes to the famous Pineto beach, 10 minutes to Silvi beaches, 40 minutes to the mountains, 30 minutes from Pescara centrale and Pescara airport. Next door is a famous neighbourhood pizzeria, full of locals any day of the week.

Il loft al primo piano di un palazzo storico, ha living ampio con divano letto due posti, cucina e area lavoro sul soppalco, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno, posto bici nel giardino, parcheggio gratuito.

I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

The flat is in the 1st floor (one above ground) in a 3 storey building with no lift.
