L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

Hosted by More Mountain, Chalet du Vieux Bois is a beautiful individual 3 storey townhouse chalet. The chalet features a stunning covered terrace and 4 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. Chalet Vieux Bois is approximately 5 minutes walk from Super Morzine Telecabine and 10 minutes to the Pleney, and only a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants, not to mention has great views of the mountains from the elevated terrace on the second floor.

This 1 bedroom apartment is super central! 500 metres from Super M lift and 700 metres from Pleney Telecabin. Only a 3-minute walk to local shops, bakery and ski/bike rentals. This spacious first floor apartment sleeps 4 people (1 double bed & 1 sofa bed), boasts views of Pleney from the balcony and has on-site parking, a cave for ski storage & Bike storage in the summer. There is a bath with shower, a washing machine and a seperate toilet.
