L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres. Une chambre avec un lit double(lit 160x200) et une chambre avec deux lits simples(2x90x200)réunis sur la photo. Séjour lumineux de 25m2, canapé convertible pour deux personnes(160x200, hauteur du matelas 18 cm), autre canapé convertible pour une personne(130x200).

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

Rosemarie 2 is a spacious, luxurious 4 **** 1st floor apartment very recently refurbished by local professionals. They have highlighted its traditional rustic features and blended them with modern touches throughout.This farmhouse style residence is off the main road but close enough to the centre of Morzine for easy, walkable access to the lifts (300M to the Super Morzine lift), restaurants and bars. If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. Towels and sheets are included. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym, a sauna, and a hammam (extra cost). Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space.
