Landscape Lodge is a sanctuary from the speed of life. Built in a small hamlet in the French Alps, it balances outdoor activity with rest & retreat. Residence des Alpes H, run by Mountain Highs Morzine, is an excellent choice of apartment for 4 couples or 2 families. It is a spacious 4-bedroomed penthouse apartment spread out over 2 floors, comprising 105 m². The location is superb – right in the village centre, opposite Morzine church. During the peak winter/summer seasons we generally only take 7 night bookings from Sat - Sat, but in low season it may be possible to stay for shorter stays - send a message and we'll get back to you quickly.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Le Malamute is a stunning luxury 4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10 guests, a 10 minute walk from Pleney telecabine and Morzine centre. The apartment boasts vaulted ceilings in the living area and superb views from the terrace. There is a jacuzzi on the balcony so you can enjoy a dip and take in the mountain views. La piece de resistance is the open plan kitchen/living room, its stunning views and beautiful decor. We love the oval oak dining table and the sofas centered around the wood burner.

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

La Noix is recently build modern 58m2 apartment. On a 2nd floor in a building, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with ensuite showers plus 1 wc room. Living space with Smart TV is integrated together with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. There is private cave for skis and boots (dryer too). Free parking just outside the building for 1 car. 10mins walk to town, bus station is 250 meters away. Pleney lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Nyon lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Avoriaz ski area 5km.
