Modern 4-star chalet (3 rooms)

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Petit chalet avec jacuzzi

Petit chalet de 40m2 dans un quartier très calme mais proche du centre de morzine, 5min à pieds de la mairie. 1 chambre avec lit de 150x200. Coin montagne avec 2lits superposés de 70x190. Canapé transformable en lit avec matelas de 160x190. Terrasse et jacuzzi. L'arrêt de bus est à 100 mètres, 3minutes à pieds. Il y a 2 arrêts à égale distance du chalet : "la salle" ou "le pont aux filles", ligne D. Il y a un bus toutes les 30 minutes, et il mets environs 15 minutes pour arriver au pleney.

Chalet Sauterelle offers luxury for a group of friends, or families, with easy car access to Avoriaz and a free shuttle bus stop right outside the chalet. There is hot tub and seasonal swimming pool with stunning views over Morzine. The chalet has two spacious living areas. an open plan lounge, with a wood-burning fire and dining area and kitchen, plus a further sitting area and TV on the mezzanine. During the summer season, the chalet is a member of the highly popular Multipass scheme.

Un large balcon et une terrasse privative offrent des vues sur les montagnes environnantes. Moderne, bien équipé, il est très fonctionnel avec ses 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain.

It is a very private space which is not overlooked and is south facing, so it gets plenty of sunshine. The view is uninteruped over the woodland in front of the chalet. The chalet sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms all of which have private bathrooms.
