Studio Apartment 400m from the Super Morzine Lift!

Newly Renovated studio with wrap around terrace and views of the Pleney. Walking distance from town centre and lifts, private covered parking, ski locker and cave. Part of the old town, the studio is a bright space which gets morning and afternoon sun. There is a double sofa bed and adult size bunk beds with cosy bedding. This is a place in town to lay your head after a long day of skiing close enough to all the restaurants or walk over the road to the supermarket and eat in. Welcome to Morzine!

The chalet sleeps up to 12 in 5 ensuite bedrooms and almost every room in the chalet gives the opportunity to enjoy the sunny views over Pleney. The ski bus stops right outside the chalet & after a day on the mountains you can hop into the outdoor hot tub or relax on the terrace; making the most of the beautiful scenery.

Also access to a personal Ski Locker and individual Garage. There is also a communal Sauna in the same Chalet Building in the Winter.

Located 1km from the centre of Morzine, Apartment 12 has fantastic views south over the town and mountains and is accessible via the stairs or the lift. Featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two double/twin rooms, one small room with bunk beds for two people and a double sofa bed. it is perfect for up to 8 people, but just in case there is also a trundle bed that can be used for an additional guest & travel cot for a baby. Une navette passe au pied l'hiver pour amener au ski. Orienté au Sud il est situé dans un petit hameau typique de Haute-Savoie. Un large balcon et une terrasse privative offrent des vues sur les montagnes environnantes. Moderne, bien équipé, il est très fonctionnel avec ses 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain.
