Spacious Top Floor Condo Retreat

Listen to the calming sounds of all the water features throughout the property from the secluded balcony. Inside, relax in 1000 square feet of upscale surroundings that include wood floors and high quality Tempur-Pedic king mattress. Later, head for the ground-floor pools and hot tub. 1000 sq ft of space on the top floor. Queen size adjustable firmness air mattress with clean beddings available upon request to be set up in the living room. You will be able to access the entire unit, 2 Swimming pools, and the hot tub. I will be available by text, phone or email throughout the stay. The quiet and beautiful setting is surrounded by trees. Within walking distance to CalTrain station, San Antonio shopping center, and Whole Foods, Trader Joe, movie theater plus numerous boutiques. Major tech companies located nearby include G00gle and Faceb00k. Stanford University is within a 10 minute drive. A short 5-10 minute walk to the Cal Train stop but the unit is not impacted by any train noise. The bus stop is conveniently around the corner to take you to Downtown Castro Street or Stanford University and beyond.

Comfortable, Modern, Bright w/Patio

A completely separate private guest suite in a beautiful house, furnished with love and all the amenities you'd need. Also, super walkable & safe location, fast wifi, comfy beds, friendly experienced hosts ready to help you with whatever you need. Look forward to soaking in the sun on the patio, and enjoying the park across the street. It's a 10min walk to the great bars & restaurants downtown SV, or to the Caltrain station for a hassle-free trip to SF or SJ. We love living here and so will you!

This is a large, very quiet, private home. The home has a spacious living room, and a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom + heat lamp. The home comes with tv, fridge, microwave, dish-ware, coffee maker, A/C. Plus fold-out sofa bed! The home looks out on a beautiful garden of roses, salvia, lavender, pink breaths of heaven and two white flowering crepe myrtles. The courtyard entrance features a purple flowering crepe myrtle. One (very noise-resistant) wall is shared with the main home.

Our charming private guest room (suite) is located on the first floor of a townhouse if you want a private, comfortable, and centrally-located place. The room has a queen-sized bed, a huge closet, and a stocked bathroom. Our self-check-in system allows for flexible check-in times anytime after 3 pm. Cute two bedroom home in fantastic location!

Cute, cozy remodeled duplex in a great neighborhood with a fenced in yard and surrounded by parks. The amazing location...You have access to 3 freeways, and Central Expressway. This means in 15 minutes by car you can be in S tanford, Los Altos, Palo Alto, San Jose, Milpitas or the east bay. By foot or bike you can reach beautiful shoreline park, two public rail systems, and lovely downtown Mountain view with great food!

The guest house is clean, newly remodeled, modern and well decorated, warm and relaxing. Lovely backyard: quiet, comfortable, & well landscaped. A workout is possible in the cottage gym. The space is one mile from downtown Palo Alto, 2.5 miles to Stanford University, 1.5 miles to Face-book, and close to many other local tech companies.
