Charming cottage in east Iceland HG110

Charming house in the countryside only 3,5 km from the village of Egilsstaðir. The house is well situated for those who want to visit the small and beautiful fjords in east Iceland. The house is equpped with geothermal heating system and is warm and nice in cold weather . It has 2000 liter hot tub ,with internal led lights, located on the terrace. 3 bedrooms ( 2x queen size + 1 single) nice bathroom with shower. Nice view to the town of Egilsstaðir and to mt.Snæfell. Off-grid cabin

Secluded cozy cabin that offers incredible views and a private waterfall. The cabin has 5 beds and two sofa beds. Included with the stay is private access to 3000 acres of beautiful nature to enjoy. A 4x4 car is recommended but not necessary if you are willing to walk the last 100 meters. Important: it is off grid and so it has very limited electricity and only cold running water. There is gas heating, gas grilling and a stove available. IMPORTANT FOR WINTER BOOKINGS: 4x4 car is required

Relax in the beautiful woods of Úlfsstaðaskógur. This cabin comfortably sleeps 4 adults and its location makes it the perfect place to stay when exploring the eastern part of Iceland. Playgrounds for the kids are only a short walk away and Egilsstaðir are only a 10 minute drive from the cabin where you get all the service you need. Supermarkets, swimming pool, Vök-Baths natural baths and plenty of restaurants. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining in the evening sun.

The charming village of Neskaupstaður is just a 10-minute drive away. There, you’ll find a public swimming pool, a grocery store, cafés, and excellent restaurant.

Óbót 1. — riverside cabin

Óbót is a small cabin (13.5 square meters) and has accommodations just outside Egilsstaðir and has a great riverside view. The cabin has two single beds, private bathroom and free WiFi. The facilities are extremely suitable for two people. A variety of hiking trails are nearby and guests are allowed to go fishing for free in the river called Rangá. The nearest airport is Egilsstaðir Airport, 8 km from the cabin location.

Beautiful Cottage at Kaldá Lyngholt 2

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Honeymoon Cabin with Hot tub and treasure hunt

Our Honeymoon cottage is the perfect place for those who seek a genuine Icelandic experience with a private hot tub overlooking the fiord. The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.

Cottage with a view 1-2-3

Cosy cabin for 2 persons with the possibility to have a child up to 6 years with. Each cabin has a queen sized double bed (160cm), a small kitchen with fridge and stoves, shower and WC. Comfortable for a couple, 2 adults or a small family with a young kid. Enjoy a stunning view in a quiet place, 12 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Hallormstaður and Hengifoss.

Nice country accommodation north of Egilsstaðir in East Iceland and has eight en-suite bedrooms in four cabins beside the main house. Big veranda with fireplace and new sauna house for our guests! Breakfast included but is self-service in the kitchen and guest are welcome to use all facilities. Wonderful view to the snow capped mountains of Dyrfjoll to the east.
