The property is located on a wide street with sidewalks on both sides. It's directly across from a big green field that belongs to a local church. Kroger is about a quarter of a mile away, along with all kind of eateries and hot spots in Germantown, AND you can see part of the downtown skyline (famous AT&T Batman building included) from the south window! Walk, Uber, Drive, Bike Sleeper sofa linens, pillows, etc. will automatically be provided for parties of three or four. Can also be provided upon request for parties of two.

Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.
