Update: glorious new hot tub that comfortably seats 6! The house is ideal for hosting and for hanging out. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the classic southern front porch or screened in patio in the backyard. Want some time to relax? We have a cozy living room ideal for chatting or watching a movie. The kitchen and dining room are big and complete with everything you might need to cook a meal with friends. There is also a bar area set up for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the entire house, including the outdoor space. We also have easy to access laundry and closet space in each bedroom. One added bonus is access to a free electric car Charge-port 220V on premise! We live in the neighborhood. I am happy to help as much or as little as you need. Feel free to ask about planning your trip, transportation, fun activities, etc. Never hesitate to ask for special requests for the comfort of your stay. I’ll do what I can! The bungalow is located in a great nook, within walking distance of ice cream, coffee shops, breweries, vintage shopping, vegan restaurants, and very close to the ever-popular Rosepepper Cantina. Guests will be provided a map of hot neighborhood spots upon arrival. The house is located about a mile from the 5 Points district and a short (under 10 minutes) Uber/ Lyft to Broadway. We are close to two bus lines. Uber and Lyft are also very popular, cheap and easy to use. Scooter rentals (Byrd & Lime) are now all over town if you into that! We suggest you bring a helmet and enjoy yourself! It’s a very fun way to get around town. We want you to have fun! Let us know how we can help with that. This Germantown Gem has Mid-century Boho vibes in a clean, airy, and cozy apartment. This space was designed with lots of intention placing high priority on comfort, flow, convenience, and relaxation. Unwind in the extra wide soaking tub, rest your bones on the comfy layers of extra-clean bedding, have an epic game night, or just Netflix and chill after a long day of exploring. Short term rental permit: 2O18STRO59799 This apartment is the front unit of a one-story triplex home. There are long-term renters in the middle unit and we live in the back unit with our two babies. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.

Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, front porch, back carport, and part of a shared driveway and street parking. I will be a phone call away for any of your needs or questions/recommendations, and someone will be available for emergencies in person. This property is within walking distance of many iconic East Nashville spots. The home also boasts easy access to the vibrant city life that Nashville is known for. This newly renovated condo includes a living room full of windows and modern-rustic decorations with a pull out couch and a dining table, a patio with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the courtyard, a fully-functional kitchen with a Keurig coffee-maker and complementary coffee, a comfortable bedroom and tiled bathroom, a washer and drier, and a closet pre-filled with board games for the whole family, all fully stocked with all the blankets and pillows you’d ever need. Guests are welcome to the entire condo and the designated parking space. I am available for questions by text or call, but otherwise I’ll give you space to enjoy your stay! This condo is in the middle of beautiful and historic Germantown, just a block away from First Tennessee Park, Tennessee Capitol, and the Nashville Farmer’s Market. There are endless restaurants and music bars nearby as well. There are a ton of amazing restaurants and activities within walking distance and Germantown is definitely built to walk around in. This condo has a designated parking space as well—so driving will be easy!
